NOTICE
PROJECT: WATER STREET PHASE III
August 9, 2011
We wanted to share with you this week’s construction plan for the Water Street Improvement Project.
- Wednesday, August 10th: The east side of Water Street will be paved. The west side will remain open and accessible for travel. In the evening work will begin on the remaining items on the east side of Water Street.
- Thursday, August 11th: During the day, the remaining items on the east side of Water Street will be completed. In the evening, traffic will be diverted to the freshly paved side of the street and demolition will begin on the west side of Water Street.
- Friday, August 12th: Demolition will continue on west side of the street. The east side of Water Street will remain accessible for travel.
Work on this project is on schedule and the completion date for the project is September 16th. If you have any questions about project details and progress, please contact Greg Olson with Public Works Engineering, at 702-267-3120.
Thank you once again all for your patience and support. It is wonderful to see the changes on Water Street Improvement Project already taking place. We are excited to see the end results.
