Mind Body Spirit (MBS) is a salon, wellness spa and more. When entrepreneurs Theresa Reed and Vicki Miller decided to open a salon and day spa, they had one overriding philosophy - provide unparalleled service at reasonable prices for the everyday woman. They succeeded. MBS has an intimate ambiance of relaxation and well-deserved indulgence. Services include massages, masks, exfoliating body scrubs, facial treatments, peels, eyelash and brow tinting, waxing, nail services, manicures and pedicures, tanning, hair salon services, Reiki sessions and more. Spend the day or spend an hour - MBS customers can lose themselves in as much pampering, as time will allow. Gift shopping is a breeze for yourself or a loved one with perhaps a one-of-a-kind purse or handcrafted jewelry….they’ll even wrap it. Mind Body Spirit is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays are available for tanners between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. or by appointment.
