Developers Seize the Opportunity

Is it any wonder that developers are seizing the opportunity to create projects that bring office, retail and residential space to the Water Street District? Because of its ever increasing popularity, a number of new multi-use projects have been constructed or are in the process of being built. Within the planning and approval stages are projects from national developers that will bring an additional 205,000 square feet of office, 72,000 square feet of retail space and an additional 650 units of new, market-rate residential space to the Water Street District.
