Henderson's heritage is rich along our downtown streets and we invite you to experience what locals have known for years – the Water Street District is a special place.

Although Henderson has grown to become a city of more than 220,000 residents, those of us in the Water Street District have been able to preserve the small town feel that was developed when Henderson was first conceived over 50 years ago in an effort to support World War II.

Today, we remain a united community and our passion to serve is still strong. However, now our mission is to serve you.

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5.00 pm.  Contact Dave Beason, DHBA Chairman at 564-6655, Cody Walker, RDA Staff at 267-1521, or Anthony Molloy, RDA Staff at 267-1511 for the location of meetings.
Note: Board meetings will not take place when a General DHBA meeting is scheduled for that month.
