The Brooks Brothers, Tim and Mike, co-owners of Emerald Island and Rainbow Club casinos, grew up in Southern California, learning the hospitality industry first-hand from their mother, Kathleen, who was a successful proprietor of a popular West Hollywood bar. Tim, who today, oversees operations at both Water Street casinos, is exceptionally proud of the fact that both casinos represent the largest private employment center on Water Street, employing a combined 270-plus people.

Emerald Island, with its iconic 17th century Irish village architectural aesthetic that is a nod to mother Kathleen’s Irish heritage, and Rainbow Club, with its signature brightly colored Rainbow logo, are hard to miss. Together, these important Water Street anchors give locals a place to call their own: a place to game, to dine, to drink and to be entertained in an intimate and comfortable environment that is congenial, welcoming and energetic.

Triple B – Brooks Brothers Burgers at Rainbow Club features delicious, down-home burgers and comfort foods, while Emerald Island Grille offers breakfast 15 hours a day, and a wide array of all-American favorites, from steaks to popular Mexican dishes. Both casinos feature a vibrant gaming floor that is serviced by long-time employees whose friendly faces add that hometown touch missing from many larger Strip properties.

Tim, who believes a rising tide lifts all ships, developed a vendor partner program for his patrons to earn points that are redeemable at nearby Water Street restaurants, bars and boutiques.
